A suite of Green Belt level Lean Six Sigma (L6S) courses oriented to transactional (office) processes to prepare the learner to participate on L6S improvement projects and potentially lead some projects. Pre-requisite: Yellow Belt Courses or the equivalent. Four courses:  The Basics of DMAIC Basic SPC Training, Service Version FMEA Training, Service Version Lean for Business Processes

Outcome

The learner will be prepared to participate as a team member on Lean Six Sigma improvement projects and with experience, lead projects.
